The role focuses on process improvement, data analysis, forecasting, root-cause analysis, and meeting on-time delivery and inventory accuracy targets.

Qualifications

• Must have English fluency and Spanish reading/speaking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost saving initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to measure supply chain performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and utilize historical data, market trends, and statistical models to forecast demand accurately for future model years and upcoming new build events.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels. Continuously train and develop the SEWS Team with the knowledge and understanding of all customers.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for supply chain optimization, including transportation, inventory, and warehouse management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management.
• Responds to and provides solutions for customer’s complaints through corrective action reports.
• Program Management activities related to internal/external costs, production problems, delivery & performance ratings, MMOG activities and corrective action requests.
• Meet customer 100% on time delivery requirements.
• Meet company 100% inventory accountability and accuracy.
