The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of underwriting experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation plan with a salary range of $100,000 – $150,000 and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years underwriting experience.
• Demonstrated technical underwriting expertise and product-specific knowledge in Property, Liability, Auto, and Umbrella.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Profitably grow a book of business by partnering with brokers.
• Responsible for new and renewal underwriting execution.
