Job summary

RTX Huntsville is seeking a Production Support Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) to support the Standard Missiles family. You will troubleshoot electromechanical hardware, own TRDs, analyze telemetry data, and drive corrective actions in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a STEM degree with 8+ years’ experience, and collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain across a 100% onsite Huntsville operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is required with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in analysis, test, measurement, or integration of electrical products or systems.

Responsibilities

• Technical troubleshooting of hardware and test equipment from system down to component levels.
• Reviewing and modifying designs and system requirements to solve production issues.
• Root cause determination and corrective action implementation in production and testing.
