Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Production Test Engineer to join the Huntsville, AL manufacturing team. You will validate prime hardware against data packages, troubleshoot test failures, and drive improvements in test efficiency, yields, and capacity.

Responsibilities include developing test flows, supporting risk assessments, and leading root-cause investigations. Onsite role at Redstone Arsenal with a focus on quality and reliable hardware delivery.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing production environment.
Experience with hardware testing
Ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF).

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Production Test Engineer you'll validate and ensure compliance of the prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipment.
You'll troubleshoot and problem solve around test failures.
You'll identify opportunities to improve efficiency, yields and capacity in test processes.
Developing test flows and contributing to test capacity analysis.
Maintaining changes to the test equipment technical data package.
