PCB Piezotronics, Inc. in Depew, NY is seeking an assembler who will follow ISO 9001 / AS9100 procedures and assemble components with precision. The role requires basic instruction-following ability, use of microscopes, and experience with inspection tools.

The candidate will perform sub-assemblies, final product inspection, and operating/maintaining production equipment. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and safe handling of chemicals as needed.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Follows all PCB procedures and forms in compliance to ISO 9001 / AS9100.
• Performs assembly tasks by following written/verbal instructions and using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Refers to drawings, routers, and established specifications to perform simple sub-assemblies on various product lines.
• Performs final inspection of products.
• Learns and uses microscope, basic tools, fine hand tools and inspection processes; may perform cleaning, descaling and passivation, connector spot welding and product testing.
• Operates and maintains equipment such as spot welder, descaling/passivation equipment, vapor degreaser, leak tester and electrical meters.
• Shows commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction to achieve zero defect status.
• Provides information to supervisor and co-workers to positively affect quality and output.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Educación
