Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mix, blend, and formulate batches of ingredients per work orders.
• Verify batch weights and quantities with calculations.
• Sign off materials retrieved and ensure lot traceability on batch reports.
• Pull product samples for quality analysis following procedures.
• Assist with training and competency reviews as needed.
