Responsibilities

• Set up extrusion machine, prepare tooling, start up production line
• Perform production line changeovers
• Know machine parameters and make adjustments
• Follow SOPs to start up, shut down, and clean out
• Diagnose and troubleshoot to improve productivity
• Fix or replace malfunctioning components
• Perform preventive maintenance and major repairs
• Assist coworkers in production when needed
