Fuling Plastic USA Inc is seeking a skilled extrusion specialist in Allentown to set up and startup extrusion lines, perform changeovers, and fine-tune machine parameters. You will follow SOPs, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance while supporting teammates in a high-speed plastics environment.

Applicants should have 5 years in plastics, strong mechanical skills, and experience with material handling systems, air compressors, and water chillers.

Must have a strong background in mechanical and technical skills.

5 years experience in the plastics industry (plastic straw or tubing industry)

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machinery.

Experience in material handling system, air compressor and water chiller.

Able to work in a fast- paced environment along with multi-tasking.

Job Duties:

Set up extrusion machine, prepare tooling, start up the production line.

Perform production line changeovers.

Know all the parameters on the machine and know how to make adjustments.

Follow relevant SOP to start up and shut down production and clean out.

Perform diagnosis and troubleshoot machinery to obtain better productivity.

Fix or replace malfunctional components.

Perform machine preventive maintenance and major repairs.

Assist with other coworkers in production when needed.
