DCCA, a veteran-owned high-technology IT services provider, is seeking a Production Support Analyst in Maryland to analyze production issues and coordinate resolutions across core applications. Candidates should have 4+ years in enterprise web solutions and willingness to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

The role emphasizes strong communication with stakeholders, participation in SDLC activities, and contributing to process improvements within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Requires Computer Science degree or bachelor’s degree in a related major.
• Master’s in information systems or computer science is a plus.
• Proven experience with enterprise web apps and RESTful services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production issues, defects, and service requests to determine root cause and resolution.
• Coordinate resolution of production issues.
• Communicate with Business and Technology stakeholders.
• Document root cause and production support knowledge base.
• May participate in User Acceptance and End to End testing, including planning, preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Provide other support to production systems and new development by coordinating efforts and sharing knowledge across teams.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and quality.
• Manage service delivery governance to support core application development teams through the SDLC.
