Johnson Controls Navy Systems in York, PA is seeking a Sr. Production Supervisor for 1st shift to lead a welding and fabrication team building high‑reliability A/C plant components for the US Navy and Coast Guard.

You will drive safety, quality, and on‑time delivery while coordinating across shifts and supervising up to 30 employees. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience with heavy fabrication; NAVSEA welding standards are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor backlog, prioritize orders, and support scheduling with production control.
• Maintain labor and attendance records and enforce plant policies.
