Job summary

The University of Missouri is seeking a Senior Supervisor - Production for the MURR facility to oversee the GMP isotopes production team and ensure timely release of products. You will lead a technicians team, drive safety and quality, manage process documentation, and coordinate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and operations to meet production commitments.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least four years of related experience, with preference for cGMP, manufacturing, and technical

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred candidates with management experience and cGMP exposure.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing and technical writing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a production team, assign work, set priorities, delegate tasks, and coach staff.
• Oversee end-to-end cGMP production processes and ensure on-time commitments to customers.
• Promote safety, quality, and documentation discipline across the team.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments for aligned decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, CAPA, and deviation investigations.
• Prepare and revise SOPs and production records as needed.
