Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Eight years of related experience and/or training.
• Preferred knowledge of Word, Excel, and APC.
• Familiarity with HACCP, SSOP, and COOL Act is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage production processes to maximize recoveries and labor goals.
• Lead production team, plan vacations and communicate with leads.
• Track inventory and routine APC records, forecast processing needs.
• Uphold safety programs and proper labeling, icing, and storage.
