Curbell, Inc. is seeking a Production Shop Lead to serve as the primary technical resource for the fabrication team in Arlington, TX.

The role emphasizes hands-on CNC setup, programming, and machining leadership to meet exacting specifications and quality standards. You will train operators, ensure proper safety practices, and drive continuous improvement in production processes, tooling, and documentation.

Competenze

• 5 years CNC Setup, Servicing and Programming in a machine shop environment.
• 5 years Fabrication experience.
• 1 year in an environment where many processes are utilized to build assembled products.

Mansioni

• Produces quality product to precise specifications within time constraints.
• Sets up and operates CNC saws, lathes, milling machines, drills, shapers, boring mills and grinders.
• Prepares Work Orders, Transfer Orders, and Shipments paperwork accurately.
• Ensures proper dimensional and visual inspections and recommends improvements.
• Trains and enforces safety procedures; performs Lock Out/Tag Out as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
