You will establish delivery patterns, operational standards, and enablement that scale across teams and environments (cloud and self-hosted).

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and operating production systems where reliability matters.
• Ability to design and communicate operational standards and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-ready Temporal implementations by co-building initial workflows with customer and partner teams.
• Implement production-safe workflow patterns and reliability standards.
• Help customers stand up Temporal Server in production, including self-hosted environments.
• Define deployment, scaling, and guardrails for workflows and workers.
• Create repeatable runbooks, templates, and documentation to improve delivery quality.
