Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or similar manufacturing role.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team and foster continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze operational data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate production schedules to meet volume requirements and inventory service levels.
• Allocate workforce resources to align with the master schedule.
• Identify schedule conflicts or resource constraints and escalate for resolution.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize production capacity.
• Track KPIs, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
