Job summary

Hitachi Energy Korea Ltd. is hiring a Project/Program Management professional to lead HV Projects from order hand‑over to completion.

You will orchestrate schedules, budgets, and cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and logistics while maintaining strong client communications and project documentation. The role requires coordination with global stakeholders, strong negotiation skills, and a readiness for overseas travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, procurement, supply chain management, or project engineering is required.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, logistics coordination, and inventory planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of High Voltage Products projects from order hand-over through project completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as the key contact for customers regarding project execution, technical clarifications, and project status updates.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate FAT, inspections, factory coordination, delivery planning, and commissioning activities.
