Hitachi Energy Korea is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Professional to join our manufacturing procurement and inventory team. You will develop production plans, manage supplier relationships, and optimize material flow across functions to support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 3–5 years in planning, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
• Strong supply chain, inventory, and production planning knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Excel; fluent in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules and forecasts.
• Monitor production progress and resolve deviations.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers; negotiate terms.
• Generate purchase orders; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Monitor inventory; optimize turns.
• Analyze market trends and material costs for savings.
• Collaborate with sales, production, logistics for material flow.
• Maintain purchasing and planning records in ERP.
• Participate in continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
