Job summary

USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking a Senior Specialist – Production Scheduler to partner with Make Ready leadership. You’ll coordinate schedules, maintain critical data in SAP, analyze production metrics, and generate reporting to support day-to-day decisions and strategic planning.

You will collaborate with operations, project management, technical services, and field personnel to ensure accurate planning, tracking, and execution while driving continuous improvement and fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Five to eight years of experience in production scheduling or operations coordination.
• Experience working with SAP or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage production scheduling across Make Ready regions.
• Develop and analyze production reports, dashboards and metrics.
• Maintain Make Ready master data within SAP and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop work orders and schedules in SAP.
• Review project scope, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements with project managers.
• Monitor engine rebuilds and maintenance activities and maintain tracking systems.
• Provide analytical support for forecasting, planning, and special projects.
