Job summary

USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking a Senior Specialist – Production Scheduler to partner with Make Ready leadership in planning, scheduling, and reporting across regions. You will coordinate schedules, maintain SAP master data, and develop dashboards that inform operational decisions and drive efficiency.

This role requires strong analytical skills, SAP/ERP experience, and the ability to collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize fleet readiness and data integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of production scheduling, operations coordination, or maintenance planning experience.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage production scheduling across all Make Ready regions.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze production reports and dashboards.
• Serve as SAP master data steward and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Make Ready leadership on work orders and schedules.
• Monitor maintenance and engine rebuild activities and update tracking systems.
• Provide analytical support for forecasting and special projects.
