Job summary

Tripaq Packaging, A Division Of New-indy in Ontario, CA is seeking an Experienced Scheduler/Planner in a full-time, day-shift role. Qualifications

• Proven scheduling experience in corrugated packaging or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems like Amtech or Kiwiplan.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with Customer Service and Logistics.
• Advanced Excel and scheduling tools competency.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules optimizing capacity and material.
• Communicate daily with Customer Service, Plant Manager, Shipping, and Leads.
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance orders for key equipment.
• Ensure 24-hour sheet inventory per machine center.
• Balance workload across machine centers to maximize throughput.
• Back up production supervisors when needed.
• Attend safety meetings and support continuous improvement projects.
• Print and share daily production packets with teams.
