Job summary

Triumph Foods, LLC in Saint Joseph, Missouri is seeking a leader to manage a team of Production Recruiters. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment and accurate data handling within the ATS and HRIS systems.

You will partner with Operations to align candidate selections with operational needs, travel to site locations as needed, and guide the team through onboarding and retention initiatives to reduce turnover.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish or Burmese).

Responsibilities

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and retention of all production personnel.
Develop diverse sourcing and recruiting strategies to achieve a weekly intake of 50+ hires.
Utilize ATS/HRIS and online platforms for proactive candidate sourcing.
Plan and coordinate career fairs and recruitment events.
Travel to multiple recruitment site locations as required.
Train team members to communicate Triumph’s employment value proposition.
