Responsible for the proper selection of applicants for placement into appropriate manufacturing positions. Working with Operations to ensure candidate selections best meet operational needs and employee success in a high turnover environment.

Bachelor’s degree; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess the skill set to communicate with others within and outside of the Company effectively—the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of candidates. Bilingual skills are preferred (Spanish or Burmese).
Ability to read and interpret documents in the English language, such as safety files, handbooks, and collective bargaining agreements. Must effectively communicate with applicants, production, and management personnel.
Ability to apply mathematical applications to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to use computers and all standard programs used by the industry, including Microsoft Office, and learn and effectively use any other programs that are or will be made available, including the ATS in the HRIS system. Must be proficient at sourcing online recruitment databases (e.g., LinkedIn).
