Job summary

Modular Power Solutions (MPS) seeks a Manager, Production Quality to lead quality assurance across the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center and mission-critical infrastructure. This facility-based role owns Quality Plans, ITPs, and FAT readiness, with authority to stop work if quality, safety, or compliance risks arise.

You will drive CAPA, collaborate with engineering, production, and project management, and ensure compliance with UL, NEC,

Qualifications

• ISO-9001 knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site quality authority and ensure adherence to QMS.
• Approve and maintain facility Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and all quality documentation.
• Lead QA across the full product lifecycle, including design reviews, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and FATs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and codes.
