Job summary

Modular Power Solutions (MPS) seeks a senior leader to guide production across our facilities. You will develop and drive strategic production plans, oversee programs, and ensure alignment with schedules while maintaining strong safety and QA/QC standards.

You will mentor Production Managers I–III, coordinate with program leadership, and uphold transparent relations with customers and internal teams. A technical background and extensive field experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction and electrical industry required.
• Oversee all types of technical programs; be the SME for the production facility and maintain client relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead production programs and ensure consistency across programs within the team.
• Create and drive the production floor strategic plan aligned with program schedules.
• Ensure effective downstream and upstream communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive results from Production Managers and their programs.
• Mentor Production Managers I, II and III to develop leadership on the floor.
• Coordinate manpower with production scheduling and QA/QC processes.
