Job summary

Modular Power Solutions (MPS) is seeking a Manager of Production Quality to own quality assurance across the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems. You will enforce Quality Plans, ITPs, and CAPA processes on-site, ensuring conformance to UL, NEC, NFPA, IEC, CSA, ASME, AWS standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• ISO-9001 preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent).
• 10–12 years of quality experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial assembly environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site quality authority; maintain facility-level Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Lead audits, inspections, and FATs; ensure compliance with codes and customer requirements.
• Lead CAPA activities and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management to resolve design/manufacturing issues.
