GE Aerospace is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to oversee NPI hardware quality in Combustor, Structures, and Rotating Parts Lean Labs. You will ensure top quality standards in manufacturing, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain quality documentation.

Responsibilities include leading quality policy execution, QA/QC across production, and compliance with industry standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Humble, transparent, focused with leadership and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own quality assurance and quality control across products and manufacturing processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams or projects and guide new team members.
• Interpret business challenges and apply best practices to improve products and processes.
• Make decisions with good judgment and provide recommendations beyond parameters.
