Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Aviation Component Service Center (ACSC) Quality Team in the United States. You will drive continuous improvement, support NPI/MoC, and manage engineering document reviews across Combustors & Structures.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve certification questions, interpret QCWI and SOPs, and lead Kaizen activities to optimize processes and sustain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3+ years of quality/manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and problem solving across Combustors & Structures
• Lead NPI and MoC facilitation and engineering document reviews
• Support audits and regulatory compliance activities
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement standard work and Kaizens
• Utilize FLIGHT DECK tools to drive process improvements
