Qualifications

• Industrial engineering background is desired.
• M&Q skills highly desired.
• Demonstrated experience in engineering is required.
• Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Production & Quality of an early development classified program.
• Evaluate design producibility and manufacturing/quality planning activities.
• Prepare technical risk assessments for decision meetings.
• Support production readiness and PRRs.
• Provide technical inputs in design reviews and program meetings.
• Identify root causes of manufacturing/quality issues and recommend solutions.
• Support audits and reviews (PCAs, MRAs, QSEs, EIs).
• Assist leadership in improving M&QE products and capabilities.
