Job summary

This role focuses on developing and maintaining production schedules, forecasting material needs, and ensuring material availability through cross‑functional collaboration. The candidate should have a strong background in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain, with experience in ERP/MRP systems and SAP, to optimize scheduling, inventory management, and procurement processes within CPM’s

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Familiarity with suppliers, freight and rail carriers and purchasing concepts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules to support customer demand while optimizing manufacturing capacity and material availability.
Forecast raw material requirements by analyzing production plans, inventory levels, historical usage, and anticipated demand fluctuations.
Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure materials and resources are available to support production schedules.
Validate inter-warehouse transfers in SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and timely material availability.
Monitor production priorities and adjust schedules as necessary to respond to changes in customer demand, material availability, or manufacturing constraints.
