Job summary

The Production Planner at BPP coordinates, schedules, and monitors manufacturing activity across BPP's facilities to ensure electrical distribution products are built and delivered on time and within budget. You will translate released sales orders into executable work orders, issue job travelers, and maintain production documentation while confirming material readiness with Supply Chain.

Maintain D365 data and partner with project managers to resolve BOM, traveler, or work order discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in production planning, scheduling, materials, or manufacturing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate released sales orders, demand forecasts, and project schedules into specific daily and weekly manufacturing work orders.
• Issue and maintain job travelers, notices, and change orders to the production floor.
• Monitor production progress and adjust sequencing to address shortages, downtime, or changes.
• Communicate schedules and changes to production leadership and resolve conflicts.
