Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Production Planning to join our Scheduling and Material Planning team at the AMF in Huntsville, AL. You will support from proposal to product delivery across a diverse product range and interact with internal and external customers to ensure timely commitments.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, collaboration with IPTs, and the ability to assess requirements and drive data-driven decisions in a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related planning experience.
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related planning experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related planning experience.

Responsibilities

Release Supplier Requisitions and Shop Orders for BOM and independent demand requirements.
Identify and initiate Program Inventory Surplus/Close Out.
Work collaboratively with Integrated Product Team (IPT) to address issues and strategize to meet commitments.
Perform miscellaneous tasks to support program efforts.
Up to 5% travel to other L3Harris facilities and suppliers across the country.
