Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor degree and 3.5+ years in GMP manufacturing planning.
• Experience with MRP systems and SAP is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily production planning to align Master Schedule with MRP, communicating priorities.
• Release production orders to support MPS/forecasted demand; respond to MRP exceptions.
• Schedule work centers by capacity; manage WIP movement until release to shipping.
• Oversee SAP-based production scheduling; coordinate with production areas.
• Create monthly reports; monitor KPIs like efficiency, inventory turns, and schedule adherence.
