Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to join our Centralized Planning team in Wisconsin. The role requires knowledge of production planning/scheduling methods, following established procedures, and seeking supervisor input on non‑routine issues.

You will coordinate with scheduling, buying, and master scheduling to optimize material flow. Ideal candidates have SAP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Excel for data mining and reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production planning/scheduling methods.
• Ability to follow established procedures and seek input when needed.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Review material and capacity availability to align work orders and create a clear production schedule.
• Coordinate with scheduling and purchasing to address material constraints.
• Coordinate lead times and capacity with master scheduling.
• Communicate delays to the customer service team via internal tools.
• Follow Entegris planning policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
