Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to join our Centralized Planning team. You will review material and capacity, align work orders to dates, and establish a clear production schedule for earliest available commit.

You will collaborate with scheduling, purchasing, and customer service to manage material constraints, lead times, and supply delays, while following established planning policies. Strong analytical and Excel skills are important to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Understanding and knowledge of SAP.
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team results oriented; work cross-functionally with internal partners.
• Experience using MS Excel and data mining.

Responsibilities

• Review material and capacity availability and align work orders to dates to establish a clean, concise production schedule for earliest available commit.
• Coordinate with production scheduling and buying teams to manage material constraints.
• Coordinate with master scheduling team on lead time and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate with customer service to communicate delays in supply as needed.
• Follow all Entegris planning policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
