Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of finance-related experience.
• Experience in production planning, procurement, and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans from the MPS and project requirements.
• Manage issues preventing production plan execution.
• Plan material requirements and place purchase orders.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, microbiology, and engineering teams to meet goals.
• Lead cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
