L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Production Planning in Cincinnati, OH. The role plans, preps and controls production schedules, coordinating materials to ensure a steady flow of approved components to meet project requirements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to manage WMS/MRP inputs, advise on material availability, and support the master production schedule. A related bachelor’s degree or recent completion is required, with potential overtime and no travel.

Formación

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or related field or have completed it within the last 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Operate WMS system and manage MRP inputs to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage inventory levels for direct and indirect materials.
• Communicate status with cross-functional teams including Program Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering and Logistics.
• Advise management on work in progress, material availability and potential production problems.
• Coordinate production and/or purchase of components to support the master production schedule.
• Support schedule changes as part of an Integrated Project Team (IPT).
• Identify risks and opportunities regarding material availability and corrective actions.
• Schedule and expedite movement of parts via move orders, stock transfers, and shipping requests.
• Work under minimal direction within standard processes; no travel required, occasional overtime.
• Capable of bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
