States Manufacturing LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Production Planner to develop and maintain the assembly production schedule within an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environment. The role aligns customer orders, engineering releases, material availability, and plant capacity to meet delivery commitments.

This role serves as the primary planning liaison between the Site Master Scheduler, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and the Fabrication Planning team,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP with BOM structures, routings, master scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Experience coordinating across Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate the SIOP-driven master schedule into a rolling 12-week production plan aligned with capacity and lead times.
• Monitor shop-floor progress and schedule adherence, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Own performance metrics, including on-time delivery and WIP levels.
• Maintain scheduling data in Epicor and related systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate cross-functional actions to resolve constraints.
