Job summary

Paragon Medical, a business of AMETEK, is seeking a seasoned production planner to develop and maintain the production plan within a lean manufacturing environment in Dayton, OH. You will collaborate with customers to align demand with capacity and drive improvement in planning processes.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing planning, supervisory experience, and GMP knowledge in medical devices.

Qualifications

• 4 year bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field preferred (APICS certification encouraged).
• 5–10 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing with supervisory experience preferred.
• GMP knowledge in the medical device field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the company production plan within a lean manufacturing environment.
• Works closely with customers to meet production plans and manage capacity constraints.
• Provides planning support for new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintains ERP/MRP data integrity and performs periodic reviews.
