Job summary

AMETEK, through Paragon Medical, is seeking a seasoned production planning leader to develop and maintain the production and inventory plan for a lean manufacturing environment. You will work closely with customers to align plans and identify capacity constraints for resolution.

The role demands 5–10 years of supervisory experience, GMP familiarity, and strong ERP/MRP skills. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with APICS certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• GMP knowledge in medical device manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a production and inventory plan within a lean environment.
• Collaborates with customers to meet production plans.
• Identifies capacity constraints and reports recommendations to management.
• Supports new product introductions with planning.
• Maintains ERP/MRP data integrity and periodic reviews.
• Oversees performance management and staff development.
