Job summary

Universal Ingredients seeks a Production Planning & Scheduling Supervisor to manage daily to monthly production calendars across Grandview and Prosser facilities, balancing demand with capacity and materials. You'll lead the planning team, generate PBOs, and align with Sales, Procurement, and Quality to ensure on-time manufacturing and efficient inventory management.

The role requires solid ERP/Excel skills, 3+ years in planning or inventory control, and a background in manufacturing—preferably

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in production planning or inventory control.
• Strong ERP and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with juice manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Generate PBOs in ERP one day ahead of schedule to support planning and material allocation.
• Lead weekly production planning meetings and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
• Balance customer demand, production capacity, labor availability, and material availability.
• Coordinate production plans between Grandview and Prosser facilities to maximize equipment utilization.
• Monitor schedule attainment and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
