Job summary

Perricone Juices, Fort Pierce facility, is seeking an Entry Production Planning Coordinator to support 24/7 juice manufacturing operations. You will help manage schedules, coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA, and Maintenance, and ensure accurate NetSuite data and timely production execution.

The role emphasizes communication, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration across shifts, with a benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, production coordination, logistics, scheduling support, or inventory control.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel and ERP systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute daily and weekly production schedules across all shifts.
• Communicate schedule updates and production changes to supervisors and teams.
• Monitor schedule adherence and escalate issues to planner/scheduler.
• Enter and maintain production-related data in NetSuite.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement to verify material availability.
• Prepare daily production summaries and KPI reporting.
