Job summary

RENA Technologies North America is seeking a Production Planner III to lead advanced planning, scheduling, and coordination of manufacturing operations to meet customer demand and inventory targets. This role requires collaboration with procurement, production, engineering, and quality teams to optimize material flow and scheduling accuracy.

You will mentor junior planners and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 5–7 years in production planning in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, or similar).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis; experience with advanced planning tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain production schedules for complex projects.
• Review MRP outputs to identify schedule issues.
• Analyze schedules and material requirements to identify risks.
• Lead material risk management and supplier coordination.
• Coordinate material readiness and kitting across projects.
• Provide schedule and material status reports to management.
