Job summary

RENA Technologies North America is seeking a Production Planner III in Albany, OR to lead complex production scheduling and cross-functional coordination with procurement, engineering, and quality teams. The role drives on-time delivery and inventory targets through advanced planning and continuous improvement.

You will mentor junior planners, review MRP outputs, and develop planning tools and KPIs to enhance schedule accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
5–7 years production planning experience in manufacturing.
ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, Infor, or similar).
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain production schedules for complex projects.
Review MRP outputs and project requirements to identify discrepancies.
Analyze project schedules and material requirements to identify risks and mitigation plans.
Lead shortage and material-risk management for assigned projects.
Coordinate material readiness and kitting across projects.
Lead cross-functional planning discussions with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Shipping, and Project Management.
Monitor execution and provide accurate schedule, status, and risks to management.
Develop planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs; analyze performance data.
