Job summary

Wilcox Industries Corporation seeks a Planner III to lead strategic production planning, capacity analysis, and material coordination for complex product lines. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage nonconformances and rework workflows, and mentor the planning team to elevate performance.

The role requires data-driven recommendations to leadership, ensuring system and master-data accuracy, and delivering executive-level reporting on planning metrics and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years relevant experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data governance is preferred.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range production planning balancing demand, capacity, and priorities.
• Forecast material requirements and coordinate with purchasing.
• Govern master data including BOMs and routings.
• Oversee work-order lifecycle from release to closure.
• Monitor inventory levels and mitigate shortages.
• Develop planning dashboards and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional planning meetings with multiple teams.
• Escalate risks and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor junior planners and drive improvements.
