Job summary

DFA is seeking an operator with 2–4 years of manufacturing/production experience to perform a variety of line duties, including highly skilled processing tasks. The role requires operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring correct materials, and completing quality checks.

You will review process data, maintain sanitation, and assist with training while adhering to GMP and safety regulations in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of line duties including highly skilled/senior-level processing and operator roles.
• Clean, set-up, operate, and monitor production line equipment.
• Ensure correct materials are used for each product and complete quality checks.
• Review charts and specifications; document data in hard copy and electronic formats.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain equipment; prepare for next run.
• Troubleshoot operating issues and communicate problems to supervisors.
• Maintain safe working conditions and follow GMP and health/safety regulations.
• Support training in the functional area as needed.
