Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator IV to contribute to a team-driven production process, operating automated equipment and assisting with maintenance, sanitation and data entry affecting production and finance systems.

The role requires competency across all job activities, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to move across production areas while using gauges, dials, and rulers. Strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• HVAC or auto-maintenance/repair technical training preferred.
• Equivalent military training or 45 college credits may substitute for technical training.

Responsibilities

• Check and adhere to production work schedule for job assignments and times.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times while on duty.
• Operate metal detector(s) if trained and certified.
• Ensure compliance with safety and GMP rules and company policies.
• Perform duties to support product safety, legality and quality.
• Work as part of a high-functioning team.
