The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Senior Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and physical skills to support the regeneration process within a water and chemical environment. This role requires the ability to safely operate equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and work as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Core Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the regeneration process, including operating the membrane cleaning skid.
  • Safely open/close valves to control the flow of water and chemicals through pipelines and hoses to regenerate mobile trailers and steel tanks.
  • Move, connect, and manage hoses between process equipment, mobile trailers, and steel tanks.
  • Perform physical tasks, such as standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds frequently during the shift.
  • Utilize process instrumentation and handheld devices to carry out job duties.
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on mobile trailers, steel tanks, plant equipment, and piping.
  • Maintain housekeeping duties, including 5S activities like cleaning, painting, and performing other maintenance tasks as directed.
  • Complete paperwork and documentation using basic to intermediate computer skills.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of mechanical work experience or related experience
  • Experience in operating process equipment within a chemical environment is preferred
  • Forklift certification is preferred
  • Flexible to work any shift, including overtime as required.
  • Strong team player who collaborates effectively with other operators and management.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic.
  • Highly motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

Salary Range

$46,600.00 - $74,600.00
