• Knowledge of CI, TPM, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manages production operations of multiple departments and shifts.
• Leads and motivates a group of employees for maximum productivity.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves problems and opportunities.
• Coaches and counsels employees and conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Prepares reports and maintains records.
