Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in manufacturing with 1–3 years of people management.
• Strong communication with clear, precise speaking and listening.
• Proficiency with Inside UFPI and related policy training.
• Experience with CI, 5S and TPM programs.
• Ability to train employees and conduct performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage production operation across multiple departments and shifts.
• Motivate a group of employees for maximum productivity; resolve issues.
• Oversee department cost, profitability, and inventory.
• Coach and counsel staff; ensure safety compliance and training.
• Prepare reports and participate in safety committees.
• Possible forklift operation to move materials when needed.
