Job summary

ICU Medical, a global leader in IV therapy and critical care products, seeks an Operations Manager of Production in Salt Lake City. This role leads the production leadership team to meet schedules, budgets and quality targets, coordinating with molding, materials, maintenance and other departments.

Responsibilities include ensuring competency training, regulatory compliance, safety leadership and driving continuous improvements to reduce costs and optimize processes across the facility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing leadership.
• 2+ years of high-volume manufacturing experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Prefer background in Injection Molding and/or Medical Device manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production leadership to meet schedule, quality and cost targets.
• Coordinate with molding, materials management, maintenance and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EPA, OSHA, ISO and company policies.
• Drive process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
